Yesterday, when I was browsing a  forum, I saw this sentence "A cat's feelings for people are just wishful thinking of people".

And in a very popular article, I also saw this conclusion: cats don't have feelings for people.

There has been a lot of controversy on this issue, and many people think that cats are feelingless. No matter how much you take care of it, it will not give you anything in return except the time that you feed it.

Let me tell you about my own experience first.

Some time ago, after my cat was infected with feline plague, it stayed in hospital for about a week and was almost cured.

And when I brought it home that day, before I came in front of it, it started to meow at me. It could be seen that it was very excited. This may not prove anything, it can only say that it knows its owner. 

Then when I was holding it in my arms, the little guy started to purr. Everyone should know what a cat purrs means, right? It's fun and trust.

Maybe everyone has different opinions. I am satisfied that the kitten can give me such feedback.

Of course there are some other cats who may have a deeper affection for their owners.

I still remember that when the epidemic first broke out a few years ago, many owners could not go home and could only be separated from their cats in different places.

At that time, cat owners shared touching scenes of their cats. The cat communicated with the owner by meowing at the monitor to express his thoughts about the owner. It knew that the owner was watching it with the monitor in another place.

And there are many stories like this. For example, after the owner moved, the cat kept guarding the original place and refused to leave.

However, it is undeniable that some cats indeed has no feeling with their owners, and they even bite and scratch their owners. That can only mean that you may be raising cats in the wrong way, or you had a bad luck and bought a cat with a cold personality.

1. Purr

In most cases, a cat's purring is a sign of a happy mood.

If they keep purring when they see you or are petted, then congratulations, the cat must like you very much. After all, cats are so cold, if they don't like you, they will ignore you.

2. lick

Have you ever had such an experience? When your cat is licking, you touch it with your hand, and it will also help you lick your hands?

It's not that the cat can't tell the difference between your hands and its hair, but "tastes" you and expresses love to you.

3. Ask for touch

Sometimes we find that the cat always surrounds the owner and rubs your leg with its head or tail. That means the cat is begging for petting and wants the owner's hug.

4. sleep

Some cats like to hide themselves when they sleep, which means they don't trust their surroundings at all, but if they like to sleep close to you, and they sleep in different gestures, it means they trust you very much.

5. Give you gifts

Some cats will often come back with "gifts" for you. Maybe those gifts are not good things. It may be a mouse or a snake, but it is its best regards to you.

Cats are indeed less obedient than dogs, but that doesn't mean they don't love their owners.

When cats are young, cat owners cultivate more feelings with cats. If you are really good to cats, they can feel it.

But even if the cat is not very close to you, don't be too sad, some cats are cold by nature, just like some people look cold on the outside, but the heart is warm.
